Andre Richmond

Andre Richmond is a Technical Support Engineer at TARGAN Inc. since May 2023 and has been a Technical Support Specialist at Akimeka, LLC since March 2021. In addition, Andre is involved with the Raleigh ISSA Chapter, where responsibilities include configuring Windows 10 installations, reconstructing hardware devices, and troubleshooting hardware issues, along with knowledge of subnetting principles on a network. Previously, Andre served as a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps from September 2012 to September 2016. Educational credentials include training from MyComputerCareer and Carolina Career College, culminating in certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, and MCSE.
