Sarah Enders is an experienced FIND Specialist at the Children's Home Society of Washington, where responsibilities include creating strengths-based training videos for early learning educators to promote healthy social-emotional development. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning Assistance Paraeducator at Shoreline Public Schools, where support was provided for students with behavioral needs, and as Program Supervisor at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, leading after-school enrichment for K-5 students.
