Emilia Rydin

Emilia Rydin currently holds the position of Chief People & Sustainability Officer and Head of HR at Akind since September 2023. Emilia's extensive experience includes roles such as Head of People and Performance at AW Group, Senior Manager HR Nordics at adidas, and HR Business Partner at Media-Saturn, where key contributions involved project leadership during store openings and closings, as well as strategic HR initiatives. Emilia's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, HR, and Economics from Stockholm University and a High School Diploma in Social Science from Danderyds gymnasium.
