Andrew Bray

Andrew Bray is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at XCD Limited since June 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Business Applications Director at Supercell365 from August 2022 to June 2023, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics projects and offering guidance to UK-based Credit Unions on modern cloud solutions. Andrew's leadership experience includes serving as Managing Director at K3 FDS from December 2017 to November 2021, where management of a Sage ERP business partner led to increased profitability and ultimately a successful sale. Andrew also managed K3 CRM Limited and K3 BTG plc, contributing significantly to the growth of teams and delivery of numerous Dynamics CE projects. A graduate of the University of Staffordshire with a BSc in Computer Science, Andrew’s career began in technical support and consulting roles in the early 1990s, showcasing a deep and diverse expertise in ERP and CRM technologies.
