Uday Kumar

Uday Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Uday began their career in 2014 as a Custodian at Brinks India, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, Uday joined Sierra Consulting as an IT Sales Recruiter, working directly with end client's requirements and developing relationships with Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners. Uday then moved on to Swift Strategic Solutions Inc in 2017, starting as an IT Sales Recruiter before advancing to roles such as Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Manager, and finally Client Account Manager. At Swift Strategic Solutions Inc, Uday primarily focused on client relationship management and recruitment activities. In 2022, Uday joined Advaana Inc as a Recruitment Account Manager. Here, they built strong client relationships, sourced and onboarded IT staff augmentees, and provided regular updates to clients on progress and project status.
