Shamkhal Abushov

Shamkhal Abushov is an experienced operations and project manager currently serving as PSCM (Operations) Manager at an unnamed company since 2021. Prior to this role, Shamkhal held various positions, including Operations (Project PSCM) Manager/Coordinator at Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation OJSC from October 2019, focusing on planning and coordinating cement production activities. Contributions to the Ministry of Emergency Situations as Operations & Training Adviser involved website administration and event coordination from September 2013 to December 2017.
