Juan Antonio García Escudero

Juan Antonio García Escudero has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Juan Antonio currently holds the position of CFO and Director Financiero at AKO Group since 2011. Prior to this, they worked as the Director Financiero at MEYPAR, S.L. from 2009 to 2011. From 2001 to 2009, they served as the Director Financiero, overseeing HR, and IT at Parkare Group. Juan Antonio also held the role of Director Financiero at Grupo Amper from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they worked as the Director Financiero at ASESA from 1999 to 2001. Juan Antonio started their career as a Controller at Grupo Amper from 1997 to 1999, where they were responsible for monthly closing and process analysis. Juan Antonio also implemented an ERP system during their tenure. Before that, they served as the Director Administrativo at Hound Line from 1990 to 1993.

Juan Antonio García Escudero pursued their undergraduate studies in Economicas at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 1987 to 1993, where they obtained a Licenciado degree. Later, in 1998 to 1999, they enrolled in Universitat Pompeu Fabra to pursue a Master en Dirección Financiera, focusing on post grau dirección financiera. Lastly, in 2022 to 2023, they plan to complete their education by pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Business Intelligence at Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya.
