Ziaul Islam

Ziaul Islam possesses a diverse skill set in software engineering and DevOps, with significant experience in customer support and systems management. Currently serving as a DevOps Support Engineer at Akoova since January 2022, Ziaul has prior experience as a Support Engineer at Perspectium and an Associate Support Engineer at Octopus Deploy, where expertise in ServiceNow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline setups was developed. Ziaul also held the position of Managing Director at The Fitness Food Factory Ltd, successfully leading operations and marketing efforts while achieving consistent sales growth. Earlier roles included software engineering at ASOS.com, where online payment solutions were developed, and engineering positions at Ultra Electronics, focusing on requirement analysis and hardware testing. Ziaul holds a Computer Science degree from Birmingham City University.
