Gustavo Cruz

Gustavo Cruz Matiz serves as the Executive COO and Board Member at Akorbi since September 2021, while also holding the position of Partner at Dilema Corporativo and Governance Consultants. In addition to these roles, Gustavo is a Partner at iDirectores, an exclusive community formed by Governance Consultants, and has significant experience in corporate governance and compliance through former positions at CONTEXTO LEGAL S.A. and Avon. Previous roles include Legal Executive Director for the Andean Cluster at Avon and various legal management positions at Xerox, overseeing legal departments across multiple Latin American countries. Gustavo holds a Master's degree in Private Law and multiple specialized degrees in Commercial Law, Tax Law, and Management, complemented by ongoing studies in Corporate Sustainability at Imperial College Business School.
