Michelle D. Valero

Michelle D. Valero is an experienced individual who has held various roles in different companies. In Akouos, Michelle D. currently serves as the Head of Early Preclinical Development, Senior Director, Director, and Associate Director. Previously, Michelle D. worked at Massachusetts Eye and Ear as an Investigator and Senior Research Fellow, and at Harvard Medical School as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Michelle also has experience as a Graduate Research Fellow at The University of Texas at San Antonio and as a Veterinary Assistant at Babcock North Veterinary Hospital. Michelle D. holds a PhD in Neurobiology and Neurosciences, an MS in Biology, and a BS in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
