Shon Nixon

Shon Nixon has a diverse work experience in information technology, starting as a Manager of Information Technology at Midrex Technologies, Inc. in 2005 and progressing to become the Global Director of Information Technology. After that, they served as the Senior Director of Information Technology and Security at HEPACO, LLC until 2021, when they took on the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Akoustis, Inc.

Shon Nixon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University. Shon also obtained a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Shon has various certifications in cybersecurity and information systems from institutions such as APMG International, ISACA, and CompTIA, among others.
