As Chief Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for AKRF’s overall financial management and plays an active role in guiding the firm’s client engagement policies and employee benefits. During his many years with the firm, Steve has overseen numerous initiatives to streamline the firm’s operations, leading to significant efficiencies in the firm’s internal and client-related processes across all regional offices. He also takes a lead role in financial planning, financial reporting, and risk analysis for the firm.
