Duncan Q Jones

Duncan Q Jones has extensive work experience in the real estate and development industry. Duncan Q currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Akridge, where they have been since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President at Akridge starting from August 2019. Before joining Akridge, Duncan worked as a Principal at Concordia Group from January 2019 to August 2019. Duncan Q also served as the Director of Land at NVUrban (NVR, Inc.) from March 2017 to January 2019 and as Vice President, Development Partner at Jefferson Apartment Group from October 2011 to March 2017. Duncan began their career in the commercial real estate industry, working as an Associate Relationship Manager at US Bank from September 2009 to October 2011 and as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Agent at Marcus & Millichap from April 2007 to September 2009. Duncan Q also gained valuable experience as an intern at Silver Street Development, where they assisted with property management, accounting, lease revision, and attended development meetings. Duncan began their professional journey as an intern at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they assisted the Mission Assurance Team with market research and database management.

Duncan Q Jones began their education at Langley High School from 1998 to 2001. Duncan Q then went on to attend Yale University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. After a break, they returned to school and enrolled at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Real Estate.
