Amy McCloud

Amy McCloud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand planning and customer service. Currently serving as a Demand Planner for North America/Canada at Diebold Nixdorf since September 2017, Amy applies strategic planning skills to optimize product availability. Concurrently, Amy has been a Customer Care Specialist at Akron Brass Company since March 2015, delivering exceptional customer service by assisting distributors and end users with product selection and technical support. Previously, at Sonoco Products Company from October 2003 to October 2013, Amy excelled as a Production Control Specialist, managing production schedules, raw material procurement, and inventory reconciliation across multiple facilities, while significantly reducing working capital and overaged inventory.
