Jay Bhatt has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and sales fields. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Rangam Consultants Inc., where they focused on attracting and retaining talent globally. In 2020, they transitioned to a Sales Executive role at Sachu Traders, resolving customer complaints and managing sales programs. In 2021, they joined LanceSoft, Inc. as an Associate Recruiter, conducting sourcing, screening, and interview processes. Later in 2021, they joined PATTERNS LLC as a Technical Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter in 2022. Currently, they are working at Akshar Staffing, where they serve as the Team Lead for Healthcare Recruitment.

Jay Bhatt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
