Semra Baydar has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Semra started their career as a Customer Representative at Turkcell in 2000. Semra then worked as a Corporate Customer Consultant at Global Bilgi for two years before joining SYS Sesli Yanıt Sistemleri as a Channel Sales Manager. Afterward, they served as a Product Manager at Netex Enterprises Inc. and Superonline. In 2010, they joined Bimsa as a Key Account Manager and later became a Product and Channel Manager. Semra then moved to Huawei Technologies as a Sales Manager in the Huawei Enterprise Business Group. From 2018 to 2022, Semra worked as a Sales and Marketing Director at Bilin Yazılım. Semra then became an HPE Aruba Networks Sales Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise before joining Aktek as Sales and Marketing Director in 2023.
Semra Baydar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology&Innovation Management from Yeditepe University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing from Uludag University, completing their studies from 1995 to 2000.
In addition to their formal education, Semra Baydar has obtained various certifications. Semra received a certification in Sales Strategies and Approaches in a New World of Selling from LinkedIn in May 2022. In April 2021, they acquired certifications in Asking Great Sales Questions, Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook, and Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, all from LinkedIn.
