Sinan Imamoğlu

Sinan Imamoğlu has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Sinan started their career at 4S FOOD & TOURISM COMPANY as an Assistant Manager, where they focused on developing a sustainable customer base. Then, they worked as a Customer Relations Specialist at Pronet Güvenlik Hizmetleri before joining Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası. At Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, Sinan held multiple roles, including Business Development Specialist and Digital Channel Development Senior Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Aktif Bank as a CX Assistant Manager and is responsible for enhancing customer experience. Sinan also has a role as BaaS & Open Banking Business Development Manager at Aktif Bank, where they collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to implement open banking solutions. Throughout their career, Sinan has gained expertise in customer relations, business development, and digital channel development.

Sinan Imamoğlu completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a thesis at Marmara University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from Akdeniz University in the Business Faculty from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Sinan Imamoğlu also obtained several certifications from different institutions. These include "İş Dünyası İçin Davranış Bilimi" from Good Insight Academy in March 2023, "Microsoft Excel İleri Düzey" from BilgeAdam Teknoloji in October 2022, "Introduction to SQL" from DataCamp in April 2022, and "Customer Experience Certification Program" from Userspots in March 2022.
