Raphaël A.

Raphaël A. has been working in the software engineering field since 2000. Theirfirst job was as a Junior ESW Designer at Polar Electro Oy from 2000 to 2002. During this time, they were also responsible for software specifications and software design in the OEM area. From 2002 to 2014, they held the role of Senior Software Designer, OEM, Senior ESW Designer and Embedded Software Designer at Polar Electro Oy. During this time, their tasks included performing embedded software design, developing software technologies for graphical user interfaces, and maintaining multilingual language translation packs written in Python. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Engineer Software Development at Philip Morris International. During this time, they were also an Embedded Software Development Engineer (in transition). Since 2017, they have been working at ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse as a Product Owner Connected Watches / Embedded Software Development Engineer and an Embedded Software Development Engineer. In 2022, they will be taking on the role of Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Aktiia.

Raphaël A. attended CPLN - Ecole technique from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained their CFC in Electronicien. Raphaël then returned to CPLN - Ecole technique from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained their Technicien (ET) in électronique. In 2012, Raphaël A. obtained their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2019, they obtained their Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
