Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Aktiv Pharma Group

Justin Chatroop has a diverse work experience. Justin started their career at FA Skateboards and Snowboards in 2005 as an Assistant Manager, where they had responsibilities such as overseeing store organization, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting customers. From 2010 to 2011, Justin worked as an Instructor at Olympic Skate Park. In 2011, they joined Forte Automation as a Mechanical Engineer, where they designed components for automation systems and medical equipment, performed FEAs, and managed file directories. From 2014 to 2018, Justin worked at Mikron as a Mechanical Engineer, designing layouts and parts for CAM driven Automation Cells and maintaining BOMs. Currently, Justin works at Aktiv Pharma Group as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they are involved in engineering and manufacturing processes.

Justin Chatroop attended Oakton College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their Associates degree in Engineering. Justin then pursued further education at Northern Illinois University from 2009 to 2011 and earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their academic achievements, Justin has obtained several certifications. In October 2010, they obtained a Fundamentals of Engineering License from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Testing Program. Justin also earned a Certified Solidworks Associate certification in March 2010 from Dassault Systèmes. Most recently, in July 2020, Justin completed a course titled "15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" through LinkedIn.
