Justin Blair

Justin Blair is an experienced professional in the fitness industry, currently serving as the Director of Key Accounts at Aktiv Solutions since June 2019. In this role, Justin amplifies functional training spaces for health clubs and boutique studios, focusing on creating safe and effective environments for exercise. Prior to Aktiv, Justin held the position of Regional Account Executive at Les Mills US, where responsibilities included advising fitness facilities on operational challenges to enhance member engagement. Justin also has extensive experience in sales and management, having worked as National Sales Training Manager at Gold's Gym, General Manager and Director of Sales at Griffin Fitness, General Manager at Bodyworks Family Fitness Centers, and Personal Trainer and Sales Consultant at Flex Fitness Center. Justin holds a degree from Texas Tech University, graduating between 1997 and 2002.
