Sudhir Bhardwaj

Sudhir Bhardwaj has over 20 years of work experience in various administrative and facilities management roles. Sudhir started their career in the Indian Army as a Captain and served for six years. Sudhir then moved into the private sector and held managerial positions in companies such as BPL Mobile Communications, Ispat Industries, eGain Communications, and Idea Cellular Ltd. In 2006, they joined IBM as a Manager in Administration and later worked for Accenture as a General Manager. Sudhir'smost recent role was as an Associate Vice President at Omega Healthcare Management Services, where they were responsible for Facilities and Administration.

Sudhir Bhardwaj obtained a certification in Facility Management from CFMI (Chartered Facility Management Institute) in 2013. In 2001, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Trade from SIMS Pune. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Masters Diploma in Business Administration (MDBA) with a focus on HRD from the same institution. Additionally, Sudhir obtained a Certificate in Weapon Systems from the School of Artillery (Indian Army) in 1997. Sudhir also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
