Hesky Kutscher has been working in the business industry since 1995. Hesky started as a Marketing Director at Melbourne Tower, then became the CEO of Dailyshopper.com in 1999. In 2003, they took on the role of VP Biz Dev at Shoplocal.com, then Chairman at High Gear Media in 2007. In 2010, they became the CEO of CareDox, and in 2020, they co-founded and became the CEO of both Aktivate and Stealth Startup - Revolutionizing Youth Sports.

Hesky Kutscher attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2009-2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Hesky then attended Columbia Law School from 2013-2016, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree.
