Ginika Obinna-Okorie

Ginika Obinna-Okorie is an accomplished project manager and human resources consultant with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Aku since July 2022, Ginika has successfully organized events that resulted in a significant increase in registrations for AKU Microfinance Bank. In addition, as a Senior Project Associate at PaTiTi, Ginika manages vocational training centers to support the UNDP/LSETF Lagos state employability project. Ginika's expertise in human resources is demonstrated through roles at IHTIL, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment and aligning HR strategies with corporate goals, as well as previously serving as Head of Operations and Career Development Coordinator. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
