Heading up the customer experience, delivery, and support teams at Akumina, Andy uses deep experience collaborating with customers and driving toward successful projects and product deployment in services and account management roles. He has worked in content management, digital engagement, and experience for customers with internal and external digital properties for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Driving for success for over a decade, Andy is chartered to manage the support, delivery, and consulting resources to enable customers to effectively use the Akumina software as well as the underlying Microsoft and third party platforms to drive employee contribution and engagement.
