Carina Busch Solheim

Carina Busch Solheim currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at AKVA group since September 2021, where leadership focuses on expanding the Digital service portfolio to enhance customer experiences and support business growth. Prior to this role, Carina managed a team of Product Owners and a QA Manager as the Manager of Digital Product Delivery Excellence within the Digital business unit management team. Carina has extensive experience at Atea Norge from August 2011 to August 2021, holding positions such as Senior Prosjektleder, Prosjektleder, Teamleder Service Desk, and Service Desk. Earlier career experience includes serving as Salgsansvarlig at Megaflis Sandnes from June 2006 to August 2011.
