Diana K. has been working in the recruitment industry since 2020. In 2020, they were a student at BHMS Business & Hotel Management School. In 2021, they joined Stellar Professionals as a Technical Recruiter, where they had extensive experience and knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and worked with State and Commercial Clients in the US. Currently, they are employed at Akytech Consulting LLC as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they are responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for non-cleared and cleared individuals in the DC/MD and VA area and beyond. Diana is also responsible for qualifying technical skills and experience, having discussions around compensation, benefits and education/certs and overall evaluation to determine the right match for both candidates and clients.

Diana K. began their education in 2010 when they graduated with a High School Diploma from Guru nanak public school dalhousie. Diana then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Kanya Maha Vidyalaya Jalandhar between 2013 and 2016. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in International Business from Amity University in 2019.
