Jithin Maliyekkal has over a decade of experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Al Abbas Group since March 2016. Responsibilities include team management, print management, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance, service-oriented sales, and business generation with key account acquisition and retention. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Engineer at AST Group, focusing on troubleshooting and field service, as well as technical support at Hassani Group Of Companies. Earlier roles as a Service Engineer at Puthur Infotech Pvt Ltd involved field service responsibilities.
