Ali Hayssam

Ali Hayssam is an experienced banking professional with a robust background in retail banking operations and internal auditing. Currently serving as a Retail Banking Consultant at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait since October 2022, Ali previously held the position of Head of Retail Banking Operations at the National Bank of Kuwait from September 2014 to March 2023, overseeing key operational activities across domestic branches. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Retail Operations at the National Bank of Kuwait from May 2003 to August 2014 and Senior Internal Auditor from July 1994 to May 2003. Ali's career began at KPMG as an Assistant Manager, performing audits and internal controls assessments from January 1988 to July 1994. Ali holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Cost Accounting from Mysore University, India, obtained between 1981 and 1984.
