Amit Banerjee

Amit Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Amit is currently serving as the Vice President at Al Ansari Trading Enterprise LLC since September 2021.

From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Al Tasnim Enterprises LLC, where they held various positions including General Manager of the Transformation Office, Contracts Manager in the Oil & Gas sector, Department Manager for In Country Value, Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy, and Divisional Manager of the Energy Business.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they were the General Manager at Allrig, and also served as the Regional Sales Manager.

From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Transocean, where they held roles such as Rig Asset Manager, participant in the Management Advancement Program, and Workforce Planning Supervisor.

Their career started in 2007 as an HR Officer at Essar.

Amit Banerjee completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007. Amit then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Petroleum Management from the School of Management from 2012 to 2014. In 2017, they furthered their education by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Renewable Energy from TERI School of Advanced Studies. Additionally, they hold certifications in Hydrogen Energy, Carbon Capture and Storage, and Lean Six Sigma Green belt.
