Denise Fernandes

Denise Fernandes is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a focus on billing and credit management. Currently serving as the GC&E Manager - Billing at Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection since January 2019, Denise is responsible for reducing bad and doubtful debts through effective credit management, debt recovery, and customer relationship management. Prior to this role, Denise was an Assistant Manager - Events Billing and an Accounts Receivable Executive on the pre-opening team at Courtyard by Marriott® Al Barsha Dubai. Denise also held the position of Credit Officer at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC from November 2013 to January 2019.
