Fatma Bahwan

Fatma Sultan Bahwan Al-Mukhaini possesses extensive experience in entrepreneurship and youth development. Currently serving as the HP Spring Studios Ecosystem Programs Mentor at HP Spring Studios and a Youth Advisory Board Member at Renaissance Services, Fatma is also the Chief Operating Officer at AlJabrMENA, which focuses on startup development and corporate innovation in Oman. As a co-founder of Al Rud'ha and a member of the Youth Sector Development Group for Oman Vision 2040, Fatma is actively involved in shaping youth initiatives. Additionally, contributions to UNICEF Oman as a member of the Generation Unlimited Youth Advisory Board underscore a commitment to empowering young people. Academically, Fatma is pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Strathclyde and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Sultan Qaboos University.
