Ibrahim al Harthi

Ibrahim Al Harthi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water and wastewater management, technical regulation, and engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Planning and Asset Management Officer at Nama Water Services since March 2024, Ibrahim has also held a position as a Board Member at Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Co. SAOG since March 2022. Previously, from January 2007 to March 2024, Ibrahim worked at the Authority for Public Services Regulation, progressing through roles including Director of Water and Wastewater, Director of Technical Regulation, Deputy Director of Technical Regulation, and Senior Regulatory Engineer. Early career experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Royal Oman Police from February 1999 to January 2007. Ibrahim Al Harthi holds an MSc in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
