Yousief Behary

Yousief Behary currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Al Marasem Group since December 2024. Previously, Yousief held the position of HR Development Head at Atrium Quality Contractors, where responsibilities included talent development and performance management. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Management Head at El Sewedy Industries Group, focusing on talent development and acquisition, and Talent Management Supervisor at EGIC, where recruitment programs and organizational development strategies were led. Yousief began a career at Talaat Moustafa Group Holding as a Senior Talent Management Specialist and Personnel Specialist. Yousief holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
