Rami Alharkan

Rami Alharkan is an accomplished senior director with extensive experience in project management and transformation within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Acting Demand and Delivery Senior Director at Alrajhi Bank, Rami leads a team of over 40 members, successfully delivering more than 400 projects annually. Rami has also held key positions such as Lending System Transformation Director, overseeing a significant transformation project involving multiple vendors, and Retail and Shared Services Portfolio Director, managing initiatives with a combined budget exceeding 1.2 billion SAR. Prior roles include PMO Head for the Ejar platform at the National Housing Company, Outsource Manpower Control Section Manager at Saudi Telecom Company, and PMO Head for the SEC Restructuring Program at Saudi Electricity Company. Rami holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Qassim University.
