Anna Przetacznik-Sawka

Anna Przetacznik-Sawka is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ALAB laboratoria since February 2024, Anna previously held the same title at Synevo Poland from May 2022 to January 2024. Anna’s expertise includes interim consulting, mentoring, and training, as demonstrated during time at APS Consulting from May 2018 to May 2022. Notable accomplishments include leading HR strategies and culture transformation at Roche Diagnostics Polska and establishing HR frameworks and policies at Business Link. With a strong foundation in recruitment, development, and personnel management, Anna's career spans over two decades, having also contributed to AXA POLAND, Medicover, and INFOR Publishing Group.
