Zoë Pfeiffer

Destination Development & Sustainability Project Manager at Alaïa

Zoë Pfeiffer has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Zoë started their career at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Floor Supervisor Intern in 2014. Zoë also worked at the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace as a Special Events Staff from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they interned at the Nihiwatu Resort Sumba Island, where they gained experience in F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa. Zoë then joined Pegasus Lodges as a Management Trainee and GM Assistant from July to December 2017. Zoë further expanded their skills at the HVS China Hotel Investment Conference as a volunteer in May 2018. In 2019, Zoë took on the role of General Manager at the Ngalung Kalla Eco Retreat until July 2020. Zoë then became a Project Manager at Leosolis from August 2020 to September 2021. Currently, Zoë is working as a Destination Development & Sustainability Project Manager at Alaïfa SA, starting from October 2021. Throughout their career, Zoë also served in leadership roles as the President and Vice President of the Student Social Responsibility Committee at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne from 2016 to 2017.

Zoë Pfeiffer completed their Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL, from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Swiss Maturity degree in Biology and Chemistry from Gymnase August Piccard between 2011 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Zoë Pfeiffer has obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2021.
