Dale Riva CPA, CGA is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Controller at Alair Homes since October 2017. Previously, Riva held controller positions at Ecklundson Construction Ltd and Palladian Developments Inc., and worked as a Financial Accountant at Coastal Community. Riva began the professional journey at Brent Johnson CGA, Ltd as a Staff Accountant, where responsibilities included preparing corporate year-end records, tax returns, and financial statements. The accounting career also includes roles as Accounts Manager at the Comox Valley Chamber of Commerce and West Canada Homes, and as Accounts Manager/Director at The Niseko Company. Riva completed the CGA designation in February 2015 after studying at McGill University and the University of Calgary, obtaining degrees in Marketing and Accounting.
