Rachel Peace

Rachel Peace is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Alair Homes since February 2021, Rachel previously co-owned RanRac Packs, where a business was established to produce Emergency Comfort Packs for school-aged children in Nanaimo, BC. Rachel’s notable roles in human resource management included positions at Westcore Industries, Optima Legal, Besso, Guy Carpenter, Siemens Metering Services, and TXU, where responsibilities ranged from designing and implementing HR policies and performance management systems to managing recruitment processes and providing generalist HR support across multiple offices. Rachel holds a CIPD degree in HR from the University of East Anglia.
