Ryan Campbell

Ryan Campbell currently serves as the Fire Administrative Services Manager for the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, focusing on strategic planning and long-term departmental goals. With experience as an Emergency Medical Technician for Alamance County Government and an Emergency Management Consultant with Witt O'Brien's, Ryan has developed expertise in homeland security, emergency preparedness, and technical hazards. Additional roles include Technical Hazards Instructor and Grants Specialist with Federal Resources, as well as various positions in firefighting and emergency management across multiple organizations, highlighted by responsibilities in budget development, project management, and crisis planning. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University, a Master's in Emergency Management & Homeland Security from Arizona State University, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
