Traci Brumm

Traci Brumm is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Coordinator at the Alameda County Fairgrounds & Event Center since September 2021. In this role, Traci has successfully recruited and hired 376 individuals for three annual fairs in 2023, developed employee engagement programs, and assisted with various HR functions, including onboarding and managing the employee handbook. Prior to this position, Traci worked as an HR Representative at Sunrise Senior Living, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, and owned Heart to Heart Senior Solutions. Traci also served as Co-Manager at Mistywood Gracious Retirement. Educationally, Traci holds an Associate of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from the College of San Mateo and has completed coursework at American River College.
