Denise has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Denise started their career at ** as a Lean Managing Consultant, where they established a centralized utilization management team and successfully eliminated denials for admission notification. Denise then moved on to California Pacific Medical Center as a Regional Manager, where they played a key role in the support and implementation of the EPIC system and contributed to a grant award through readmission analysis. Denise later joined Stanford Healthcare and Clinics as a Performance Improvement Consultant, where they conducted RCA education and facilitated process improvement initiatives.
