Filza Hanifah

Filza Hanifah is an accomplished Industrial Engineering graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada, with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as a Mentee in the Women Mentoring Program at Accenture, Filza was selected from over 300 national applicants and recognized for outstanding group presentation skills. Previous involvement includes roles at Young Leaders for Indonesia Foundation, Hijra, and the Student Executive Board, where leadership initiatives resulted in substantial project engagement and budget realization. Filza has contributed to significant organizational growth at HopeHelps UGM and has experience with the Ministry of Education and Culture, enhancing B2B strategies and partnerships.
