Jean Morris, CHS, CNAP, MPAc, is an accomplished accounting professional currently serving as the Lead Accountant at the Alamo Area Council of Governments since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Examiner at the Texas Department of Insurance and as an Accountant II at Family Service Association of San Antonio, Inc. Jean's extensive background encompasses positions such as Notary Public for the State of MS and Tax Advisor 1 at H&R Block, where responsibilities included tax preparation and client advisement. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi.
