Edward T. Rizzuti

Edward Rizzuti serves as the Executive Vice-President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Alamo Group Inc. since 2015, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior management in legal matters for the publicly traded company. Prior to this role, Edward was Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Erickson Incorporated from 2010 to 2015, overseeing all legal affairs and advising on significant corporate transactions. Edward's experience also includes positions as Associate General Counsel at Hyster-Yale Group, Legal Counsel at Terex Corporation, and Associate at both Mintz and Clifford Chance, where expertise encompassed a range of transactional and legal advisory responsibilities. Edward holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.E. from Rutgers University.
