Cassie Ericsson

Cassie Ericsson is a seasoned professional in instructional design and e-learning development, currently serving as a Senior E-learning Developer at Alarm.com since March 2020. Cassie leads the Digital Learning team, focusing on innovative learning solutions that include xAPI implementation, interactive technologies such as AR/VR and animation, and accessibility initiatives.
