Helena Hamilton

Helena Hamilton, CPTM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Helena is currently working at Alarm.com as a Program Lead in the Partner Education department, where they oversee and supports the development and implementation of programs and projects. Helena is responsible for coordinating the Virtual Instructor Led Training Program and providing training to Alarm.com Partners on products and services.

Before joining Alarm.com, Helena worked at EF Education First as a Manager of Studies from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they held roles at Disney English as a Language Learning Manager, Senior Foreign Trainer, and Foreign Trainer from 2014 to 2020. Helena also worked at the Keck School of Medicine of USC as a Med-COR Classroom Facilitator in 2013.

In addition, Helena gained experience as an intern at Pinkerton Model and Talent Agency in 2012, a Student Caller at RuffaloCODY from 2011 to 2012, a Receptionist/Sales Representative at Vector Marketing in 2011, and a Sales Associate at Guess? in 2010.

Helena Hamilton, CPTM, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and Theatre from the University of Southern California. Helena also attended the British American Drama Academy for acting studies. In addition, they completed high school at Stone Bridge High School, where they pursued Advanced Studies. Furthermore, Helena has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) from Training Industry, Inc., the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR from ICAgile, the CELTA from Cambridge Assessment English, and the TEFL-C Advanced from Teachers College, Columbia University.
