James Mayes

James Mayes has a strong background in information systems and support services. James has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of Information Systems at Alarm Connections since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Support Services at Perennial Software/Sedona Office, where they were responsible for handling customer support requests and managing the support staff. James also has experience as the CEO of POS Software Solutions and as the VP of Technology at The Positive System.

From 1982 to 1988, James Mayes attended the University of Michigan.
