Alexandra Joos

Alexandra Joos has a extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Alexandra is currently working as the Vice President of People & Organization at Alasco since December 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Tableau Software, including Director of Recruiting, EMEA from April 2021 to December 2022, and Senior HR Manager DACH from July 2019 to April 2021. Before joining Tableau Software, Alexandra worked at Apple for many years, where they served as Employee Relations DACH from April 2018 to June 2019, Talent Development Manager from January 2016 to March 2018, Human Resources Manager from June 2012 to December 2015, and German Market Recruiter from May 2009 to June 2012. Furthermore, they have experience at Korn/Ferry Futurestep as a Senior Consultant from February 2006 to April 2009, and at PSD Group as a Consultant from 2004 to 2006.

Alexandra Joos completed their Master's degree in Law from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 1996 to 2000.
