Jack Giovanini

Jack Giovanini is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in the aviation and forestry industries. Currently serving as a Principal Data Scientist and previously as a Data Scientist at Alaska Airlines since July 2017, Jack Giovanini applies advanced data science models to enhance maintenance data, aiming to improve operational safety and efficiency. Prior to this role, Jack Giovanini worked as a Statistician at Weyerhaeuser from July 2008 to July 2017, contributing to various research and development projects that increased shareholder value. Jack Giovanini holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Statistics and a Master of Science (MS) in Statistics from Oregon State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics from the University of Montana.
