Morgan Cessac

Morgan Cessac is a Learning and Development Specialist at Alaska Commercial Company since July 2023. Previously, Morgan served as an Instructor of Record at Texas State University from January 2020 to August 2023, focusing on effective communication in undergraduate courses covering topics such as nonverbal and interpersonal communication, problem-solving, diversity and inclusion, and public speaking. During the same period, Morgan also held the position of Graduate Instructional Assistant, supporting large lectures and managing various student-related tasks. Prior experience includes working as a Real Estate Assistant at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene from January 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities involved contract management, client information handling, and leading discussions on workplace communication strategies. Morgan holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas State University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the same institution (2015-2020).
